This Sarangani Bay Premium Baby Milk Fish is so delicious even though they are in small size and i made a decision and I make my own recipe. 

 

 

Baby Milkfish Piña Samba

Ingredients

 

1 pack Sarangani Bay Premium Baby Milk Fish Marinated

1 small can of Pineapple tidbits, reserve the syrup

1 medium red onion , cut into dice

1 medium white onion , cut into dice

1 medium Red or Green bell pepper, cut into dice

2 medium tomato, cut into dice

salt & ground pepper to taste

 

How to do it

Fry Sarangani Bay Premium Baby Milk Fish Marinated until golden brown

(Set aside)

 

Salsa

Combine all the remaining Ingredients, except for the syrup of pineapple tidbits

 mix it well add pepper and salt to taste. 

 

 

Put all Mix Salsa on the Top of Fry Baby Milkfish

Sweet & Sour Boneless Milkfish

 

Ingredients

Sarangani Bay Premium Boneless Milkfish Marinated

1 Carrot cut into Small Strip

Small Ginger cut into Small Strip

1 Medium green bell pepper cut into Small Strip

1 Red Onion cut into Small Strip

1 White Onion cut into Small Strip

Garlic 

1 small can of Pineapple Tidbits, reserve the syrup for some purpose.

4 Tbps of Banana Ketchup or any ketchup, depend on your taste.

a Little bit Brown sugar to taste the sweet. 

Salt & Pepper to taste

 

How to do it

Fry the Sarangani Bay Premium Boneless Milkfish Marinated until golden brown  (Set aside)

 

Saute Garlic & Onion

Add Carrots, Ginger, Bell Pepper. 

Put 4 tbps of ketchup

put a little bit sugar to taste the sweet

when the carrots is cook add the pineapple tidbits. 

Mix it well and salt & pepper to taste

 

Put Sweet & Sour Sauce on the Top of Fry  Boneless Milkfish

Serve with Steamed Rice

Afritadang Boneless Bangus Belly

 

 

Ingredients

 

1 Pack of Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus Milkfish Belly (Sliced Diagonally)

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Large Potato, cut into 4

3 Cloves Garlic

1 Onion 

1 Pack of Tomato Sauce

1 Cup of Water

1 Carrots, Sliced Optional

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

How to do it:

  1. Heat oil,  Fry  Potatoes & Carrots (Set Aside)
  2. Fry  Bangus Milkfish Belly sprinkled with salt. (Set Aside)

 

Heat Oil, Saute Garlic and Onion

Add Bell Pepper

Pour Tomato Sauce & Water then bring it to boil

Seasoned with Salt & Pepper to taste

Add Fried Potatoes, Carrots and Fried MilkFish Belly 

then Simmer for 2 minutes. 

Served with Steamed Rice.
