What can Mobile Engagement contribute to your Business?
Well, from the perspective view of a consumer-like us, we engage if the interest is aligned. Especially for those seasonal events, let say during Valentine’s day, if you believe that your product or services are aligned with the event. Then using mobile engagement will increase your sales during Valentine’s day. Which very beneficial on all parties, to the customer/consumer, to your business, and yourself. Also, mobile engagement can be used regularly, depending on the type of campaign you will promote. Let say your restaurant offers free wi-fi, then the user needs to register their smartphone number, then an activation code will be received by the user using SMS, next is they need to submit the activation code to be able to gain access for free wifi. But that’s not all since you have their smartphone number you will be able to use a mobile engagement campaign, let them know the current event, sales, or free offers that you currently offering, which will increase sales and customer/consumer awareness to your campaign. But that’s not all, even in offices, the mobile engagement can be used as well. Imagine, you can increase the productivity of your employees if you interact with them through mobile engagement, let say you inform them the current ranking of the best 3 employees of the month, then the incentives will be received by the end of the month. With this strategy, it will be very beneficial as to all parties, since all employees will have the interest to get the incentives. Then the business will perform well and have a better result. There’s a lot of campaign strategy to increase sales or promote awareness using mobile engagement. But the most important is always to make sure that the interest will be aligned since the consumer/customer will engage as long as their interest aligns with your campaign.
